ORDER AND CONTRACTING
- After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and setting out the order details. Please note that this is an acknowledgement only and does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been shipped out (the “Shipping Confirmation“). The contract between us (“Contract“) will only be enforced when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
- The Contract will account only to those products that we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.
- If, at any time after you have placed the order, you wish to cancel or amend it you may do so by emailing us at sales@liquidglass.com. We shall not be obliged to accept any change, but if we do accept the change, we may be entitled to recover from you any unavoidable losses that we suffer as a result of the change and to alter the date for delivery and the price as a condition of accepting the change.
- If we do not supply the Products to you for any reason, we will not charge you for those Products and will refund any money which was already paid. However we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the Products.
INVENTORY AVAILABLE
We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instances product will become unavailable during the order process and won’t be able to be filled. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our Site.

DISCOUNT/ PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.
Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with LiquidGlass.
We reserve the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items, unless otherwise stated.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms will be construed and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree that the Singapore state court shall be the exclusive forums for any dispute arising out of these Terms and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree to waive any right to claim that Singapore is an inconvenient forum. You agree that you will not file a class action, or participate in a class action against us.
TERMINATION
We may immediately, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your use of and access to the Site, at our sole discretion, for any reason, whether with or without cause or warning, and without liability. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing your use of the Site.
